This week Cooley welcomed Sanya Sukduang and Jonathan Davies as partners in the firm’s Washington, DC office. The two attorneys specialize in pharmaceutical patent litigation, specifically disputes under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Additionally, they bring expertise in matters related to the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act.
Sukduang and Davies join the firm from Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett and Dunner.
Sukduang is currently ranked as an LMG Life Sciences star, a distinction he has held since 2012. For IP, Cooley is ranked in patent prosecution and patent strategy.
