His representative cases include such blockbuster drugs as Copaxone® (glatiramer acetate), Lumigan® and Latisse® (bimatoprost), Axiron® (testosterone), Pulimicort Respules® (budesonide), Zymar® and Zymaxid® (gatifloxacin), Trizivir® (abacavir sulfate, lamivudine, and zidovudine), Nasonex® (mometasone), Altace® (ramipril), Paxil® (paroxetine), Razadyne® (galantamine) and Strattera® (atomoxetine), and many others.

Mr. Rakoczy also has significant experience representing pharmaceutical companies in regulatory matters before the FDA, involving a wide range of approval, review and market-exclusivity issues pertaining to ANDAs, section 505(b)(2) applications, NDAs, and BLAs.   He has handled numerous APA actions and emergency injunction proceedings involving the FDA and HHS at the federal trial and appellate level.
